The main room in the Hall offers a very flexible large space which can accommodate up to 150 seated at round tables of 10 for your wedding breakfast, or 120 if you wish to leave all the tables in place for Reception drinks and dancing.

Different sized tables (eights and twelves), long trestle style or rounds plus a long top table are also options.

The separate Library is useful as a ‘quiet room’ or as a bar. Should additional entertaining space be required then a small marquee, with or without sides can be added on to the front of the venue. This can be used as an area for vows, a sitting out area, or reception drinks. It is recommended that any marquee has a hard wood floor due to the gravel on the drive.

The raised stage at one end of the Hall is a perfect place for your band or disco, and the high ceiling looks stunning lit as the evening draws in.

The modern, stainless steel kitchen has been designed with caterers in mind. It has a range, double hot cupboard, fast commercial dishwasher, pre-wash facility, microwave and tea urn.

Location

Hastoe Village Hall nestles in the rural hamlet of Hastoe, on the Bucks/Herts border in the Chiltern Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Just over a mile south of Tring, and 20 minutes from the M25, the Hall is perfectly situated for churches and registry offices in both Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire (find us at HP23 6LU or click here for Google Maps).

Hire charges

Hire charges will depend on the time of year of your wedding. A typical Saturday wedding will book exclusive use of the Hall from Friday morning until the following Monday afternoon. This allows for deliveries and collection of any hired equipment, setting up, clearing and cleaning as well as usage during your actual event. For a firm quote taking into account your specific needs, please contact the Booking Secretary.
