Management

Under the terms of its Trust Deed, the purpose of the Hastoe Village Hall Trust is:

‘the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Hastoe and the surrounding district without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for:

 

meeting, lectures and classes; and

 

other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.’

Management and control of the Hall is vested in the Hastoe Village Hall Management Committee comprising the Trustees and up to eight elective members.

All members of the Hall Management team provide their services on an unpaid, voluntary basis.
